Advantages:

Частная гостиница (частный дом) в центре Пензы (частный сектор) - тишина, природа и т.п. при доступности достопримечательностей. Удобно, скорее, для путешествующих на автомобиле, чем для командированных по работе. Чисто, недавно построено, хороший завтрак.
