Advantages:

Большая, светлая квартира с современным ремонтом. Чисто, приятно находиться. Кухня современная, большой холодильник. Удобно, что есть стиральная машина. Рядом магазины, вкусно - и точка. Дом с собственной закрытой территорией. Расположение мебели в комнате другое, но новое - удобнее! Есть большой телевизор в комнате и на кухне.

Disadvantages:

Не хватило тумбочки у кровати. Нет комода для хранения мелких вещей. Полотенца нужно поменять - жёсткие и застиранные, есть неприятный запах старых полотенец.
