Advantages:

Старинный дом в исторической части города, в шаговой доступности от драматического театра, пешеходной улицы Московской, ж/д вокзала. Квартира чистая, современная, с ремонтом. Есть все необходимое для кратковременного проживания. Продуктовые магазины рядом.

Disadvantages:

Плотные шторы на окна были бы не лишними.

Advantages:

Старинный (вроде 1917 г.п.) красивый дом в центре города. Квартира аккуратненькая, чистенькая, с просторным санузлом. Кровать полноценная двуспальная. Въезд - выезд без проблем. Были проездом - за такую цену отдохнуть и переночевать отличный вариант.

Disadvantages:

Диванчик нам немного узковат
