Сдается уютная квартира в самом живописном и красивом уголке нашего города-спутник. Квартира в отличном состоянии, меблированная, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Большая двуспальная кровать, плюс диван, холодильник, посуда, постельные принадлежности, микроволновая печь, сплит-система, чайник, фен, стиральная машина. Дом находится в 3 минутах ходьбы от набережной г. Спутника, со своей огороженной территорией и парковкой. Рядом магазины пятёрочка, магнит, караван, аптеки, кафешки, столовая, бассейн, город развлечений, набережная, пляж.
Курить запрещено.
Лиц в алкогольном состоянии не заселяем
. Возможно раннее и позднее заселение, по договорённости.
Возможно заселение на сутки, по договорённости. Цена ОТ 2500, за сутки. Залог 3000., возвращается сразу после сдачи ключей. Расчетные часы с 16. 00 до 15. 00.
